Delete your BolBolo data

You can delete a single child’s profile or your whole account at any time. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.

Delete one child

  1. Open BolBolo and tap Parent zone.
  2. Go to the Children tab.
  3. Tap Delete under the child’s name and confirm.

Removes that child’s profile, progress, conversations, reports and all their voice recordings.

Delete your whole account

  1. Open BolBolo and tap Parent zone.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and all data and confirm.

Removes your parent account, every child profile and all related data and recordings.

Ask us to do it

  1. Email privacy@bolbolo.com from the email address on your account.
  2. Say whether you want one child or the whole account deleted.
  3. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within 30 days.

Use this if you can’t open the app any more.

What happens to the data

Deleted data is removed from our live systems straight away. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was handled, and anything we must keep by law. Read more in our privacy policy.
